- Answer leads and owner inquiriesReply to renters who asked about your places before you claimed them, and keep track of owners who asked about management.

- Charge an application feeAdd an application fee to a property. Renters pay it by card after they apply, and it goes to your Stripe account.

- Send a lease for e-signaturePrepare a lease from an approved application, send it to every tenant to sign online, then countersign.
- Record a current tenant and leaseAdd a lease signed before you joined Holuway, so the tenant can pay rent online. Nobody signs again.
