Is there an app to install?
No. Holuway runs in the browser of any phone, tablet or computer, so you, your residents and your vendors open it from a link and sign in. Nothing to install or keep up to date.
Can I run my rentals from my phone?
The workspace is built to work on a phone, from reviewing an application to recording a payment. Long tasks such as an import are easier on a larger screen.
Do vendors need an account?
No. A vendor works from a secure link to the one job you sent. The link stops working after thirty days or when the job ends.
What is Holuway for Pros?
A separate Holuway product for service businesses such as cleaners, plumbers and handymen: their own jobs, quotes, invoices and website. It is not connected to your maintenance requests today.
