Every applicant answers the same complete questions and pays your application fee online. You review, message, decide, and send the lease from the approved application.
01 · The application
Applicants apply for a specific home from its listing. They give employment and income, occupants, pets and vehicles, their previous address, references and an emergency contact, the move-in date they want and their consent.
02 · Application fees
Set your application fee and applicants pay it by card through Stripe, straight to your account. Refund it or waive it from the application. Where a state limits application fees, the limit applies for you.
03 · Tours
Set weekly tour hours per property, the length of a tour and how much notice you need. Renters book from the listing, in person or by video, and you confirm, or let tours confirm themselves.
04 · Your decision
Approve or decline with your notes, and the applicant is told by email. From an approved application, the lease is drafted with the home, the rent and the tenants already filled in.

Not today. Holuway collects the application and the fee and lays applications out for comparison. If you use a screening service, you can ask applicants to complete it there.
You do. Holuway never approves or declines anyone for you. Use the same written criteria for every applicant, as fair housing law requires.
Yes. An applicant can apply and pay the application fee as a guest, and follow the application from its status page.
Yes. Refund or waive it from the application, and the applicant is told. Fees paid outside Holuway can be marked as paid offline.
