Imports and integrations
Moving from spreadsheets or another system should not mean retyping. Import properties, units and rent rolls with a dry run first, publish standard listing feeds, and connect your own tools through an API and webhooks.
01 · Import
Upload a CSV or Excel rent roll or property list and match its columns, or bring a MITS file (versions 4.1, 5.0 and 5.1) or a RESO Data Dictionary file or Web API connection. Holuway shows what will change before anything does.
02 · Listing feeds
Publish your listings as a MITS feed or a RESO JSON feed, each at its own secret link, with a readiness check that explains what a listing still needs. Only published listings and your own photos leave Holuway.
03 · API and webhooks
A read-only partner API gives scoped keys access to properties, units, fees, leases, payments and maintenance. Signed webhooks tell your systems when records change, with retries and replays.
04 · Accounting
Export the full ledger as CSV, or as invoices and payments ready for QuickBooks Online and Xero, by period.

Holuway publishes standard MITS and RESO feeds. Listing networks accept feeds through their own programs, and Holuway names a network only once it has approved Holuway.
Every import starts as a dry run, so you see the changes first. An applied import can be undone, and records it created are removed.
