For property managers

01 · Your team
Invite people by email and give each one a role. When a role is almost right, add or remove a single permission for that person instead of inventing a new role.
02 · Access by property
A membership covers every property or only the ones you name. Every screen and every action checks it, so an agent for one building never opens another building's leases.
03 · Portals and domains
Each property gets a portal with its logo, cover and color, where residents pay rent, report repairs and read their documents. You can serve a property's portal on a domain you own today. Your company domain can be claimed and verified now; serving portals on it is coming.
04 · Moving in
Import properties and units from a spreadsheet, a MITS file or a RESO file or Web API connection, then record current leases with their balances carried over. Every import runs as a dry run first and can be undone.
05 · Feeds and API
Publish your listings as MITS and RESO feeds, each at its own secret link. A read-only API with scoped keys and signed webhooks keeps your reporting and accounting tools up to date.

Not yet. Holuway has no owner records today, so reporting to owners stays in your current process. Ledger exports for QuickBooks Online, Xero and spreadsheets help with it.
Each property's portal can use a domain you own today. Your company domain can be claimed and verified now, and serving portals on it is the next step being built.
No. Holuway keeps a rent ledger per lease and pays rent to your own Stripe account. It does not keep a general ledger or trust accounts.
