A managed unit is a home with a current or upcoming lease on Holuway. Vacant listings are always free.
Online rent payments: rent by bank costs you 0.75% per payment (at least $3, at most $15) and is free for residents; a resident who pays by card pays a 3.5% card processing fee. Every fee is shown before anyone pays.

Who is Holuway Property Management for?
Landlords with one rental or a few, and property managers with many buildings and a team. The same workspace scales from a single home to a portfolio, with roles and property access for your staff.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. Listings, applications, tour booking and messages are free, with no credit card. The paid plans add leases, rent collection, the ledger, repairs and branded resident portals for the homes you manage on Holuway.
How does rent reach my bank account?
Residents pay through Stripe, and the money goes to your own connected account and on to your bank. Holuway does not hold your rent.
Does Holuway screen tenants for me?
Holuway collects complete applications and the application fee, and lays them out for you to compare. It does not run credit or background checks today, and it never approves or declines anyone for you: you decide, with the same criteria for every applicant.
Is there an owner portal for the owners I manage for?
Not yet. Today Holuway gives you, your team and your residents their own views; reports for the owners you manage for are not part of the product yet.
Can I move my rentals from another system?
Yes. Import properties, units and current residents from a spreadsheet, a MITS file or a RESO feed. You see a dry run first, and an import can be undone.
Is it available in Spanish?
Yes. The workspace, the resident portal and this site are in English and Spanish, and each person chooses their language.
