A managed unit is a home with a current or upcoming lease on Holuway. Vacant listings are always free.
Online rent payments: rent by bank costs you 0.75% per payment (at least $3, at most $15) and is free for residents; a resident who pays by card pays a 3.5% card processing fee. Every fee is shown before anyone pays.

Payment fees
- Rent by bank
0.75% per payment, at least $3, at most $15
Paid by you. Free for residents.
- Rent by card
3.5% card processing fee
Paid by the resident, who sees it before paying. You receive the full rent.
- Application fee by card
$3 card processing fee on top of your fee
Paid by the applicant. You receive your full application fee.

What counts as a managed unit?
A home with a current or upcoming lease on Holuway. Vacant homes and listings never count.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card. You add a plan from your workspace when you start managing tenancies.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time, from your workspace. Payment is handled by Stripe.
Who pays the payment fees?
You pay the fee on rent by bank, which is free for residents. Residents who pay by card, and applicants who pay an application fee by card, pay the card processing fee and see it before paying.
Is there a plan for large portfolios?
