Send listings to partners
Give listing networks and partners a private link that serves your published listings as MITS or RESO.
One link for your listings
- Step 1Open Imports and feeds and find Share your listings (MITS export).
- Step 2Select Make a link.
- Step 3Copy the link straight away: it is shown only once. Give it to the network.
The link serves MITS 5.1; a network that reads MITS 4.1 adds ?version=4.1 to the end. The same listings are also offered as RESO JSON for partners that read RESO.
To stop the old link, select Make a new link. The old one stops working.
A separate link for each network
Under Listing networks, add each network or partner with its own link in the format it reads. Select What goes out to see which listings meet that network's checklist; a listing that falls short stays out of that link until it is fixed. You see when each network last read its link, and Cut off stops one without touching the others.
What partners receive
Only what you published: homes with their rent, bedrooms and bathrooms and a full address, your fees, and your own photos. Photos found online or from an MLS are never passed on.
Holuway does not post to any named listing site for you. A network reads the link you give it.
