One account for renting and managing
The same sign-in can rent a home and manage rentals, and you switch between the two from the top bar.
Holuway has two areas. Renting is where you search, save homes, apply, sign your lease, pay rent and ask for repairs. Managing is where landlords and property managers list homes, review applications, send leases, collect rent and run maintenance.
One account can use both. Nothing you do in one area changes the other.
Add property management to a renter account
- Step 1Sign in and open Account.
- Step 2Under Property management, select Set up property management.
- Step 3Read the summary and confirm. The managing area opens.
Your saved homes, applications, leases and payments stay exactly as they are. If your account already manages properties, the same section shows Open property management instead.

Switch between areas
When your account has both areas, buttons for Renting and Managing appear in the top bar; on a phone they show as icons. The next time you sign in, Holuway opens the area you used last.
