Choose your emails
Turn optional emails on or off. Emails about security, payments, leases and emergencies always reach you.
Emails you can turn off
- New messages: when someone writes to you about a home, a lease or an application.
- Repair updates: when a repair you asked for, or one you manage, moves along.
- Rent reminders: a few days before rent is due, if it is not paid yet.
- Saved search alerts: new homes that match a search you saved.
- Shared documents: when a file is shared with you or added to a lease you manage.
All of them are on until you turn them off. Choose yours in the Emails section of Account.
From an email
Each optional email has a link to stop that kind of email. It opens a page that asks first; select Stop these emails to confirm, or Turn them back on if you change your mind.
Emails that always reach you
Messages about your account security, payments and receipts, leases, application decisions, invitations, legal notices such as late fees and deposit statements, and emergency repairs are always sent, because you need them.
