Host stays and spaces from your workspace
The same workspace can list rooms by the night (Stays) and rooms or venues by the hour (Spaces), with their bookings and statements.
Stays
Stays is for rooms and homes you let by the night, such as a guest house, cabins or a small hotel. Select Add a stay to start one. Its page has a publishing checklist and its details, photos, calendar and prices.
Bookings lists requests, upcoming and past stays. Answer each request with Confirm or Decline. Operations holds the work between guests, such as turnovers.
Spaces
Spaces is for rooms, halls and studios rented by the hour or the day. Select Add a place, then Add a space for each room you rent there. A space has its opening hours, activities and prices, calendar, add-ons and photos.
Bookings, Inquiries, Reviews and Analytics are linked at the top of the page once you have a space.
Get paid and see your statements
Guests pay into your own Stripe account. Set it up once on Payouts; see Set up payouts with Stripe.
Statements shows each month's stay and space bookings: what was paid and refunded, Holuway's fees and what your business received. Select Download PDF or Download CSV.
