Add or change a bank account
Your payout bank account is kept by Stripe, not Holuway. Add it while setting up, and change it in Stripe.
Add it
You add the bank account payouts go to while you set up payouts with Stripe. Holuway never sees your bank details.
Change it
- Step 1Landlords and hosts: open Payouts and select Manage payouts in Stripe. Pros: open Payments and select Open Stripe.
- Step 2In Stripe, change the bank account for payouts.
- Step 3Come back to Holuway and select Check status again. If Stripe needs to check the new account, the status shows it.
Manage payouts in Stripe appears once your details are with Stripe, and only for people who manage billing.
Paying by bank
Renters who pay rent by bank connect their account securely through Stripe on each payment or for autopay. To use a different account, choose it when you pay, or select Change method under autopay.
