01 · Find a tenant
Publish your home on Holuway search and the map with photos, rent, fees and availability. Renters book tours in the hours you offer, in person or by video, and you confirm with a tap.
02 · Choose and sign
Every applicant fills in the same complete application and can pay your application fee online. You approve or decline, and the lease goes out for signature from the approved application.
03 · Get paid
Rent is charged on the day you set, reminded before it is due, and the late fee follows your rule after the grace period. Residents pay by bank or card, or let autopay do it.
04 · Keep the home in shape
Your tenant reports a problem with photos from their portal. You send a vendor a secure link to the job, the vendor proposes a visit and reports the work done, and your tenant hears at each step.

You do. Holuway never approves or declines anyone for you. Apply the same criteria to every applicant, as fair housing law requires.
Yes. Upload the lease you use and your tenants sign it online as it is. Where Holuway offers a lease for your state, you can use that instead.
Record it in the ledger. A double submit is counted once, and a mistake is voided, never edited, so the history stays clear.
